In order to evaluate the student's progress, written and beverage speed and efficiency tests are conducted at the conclusion of each course. In the event of student failure, either test may be retaken until a passing grade is achieved. If a student is unable to achieve a passing grade, the student will be offered additional classes at no additional charge.
Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and be on time. Students are encouraged to come late rather than miss an entire class. Any class time missed will be re-scheduled at a convenient time. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.
